Billing questions
How is Masjid Pro billed?+
Per mosque, not per member: $19/month or $190/year (about two months free). Every worshipper in your community uses the app free regardless of your plan.
Can we cancel anytime?+
Yes. Manage or cancel your subscription any time from the subscription management page. Your mosque keeps Pro features until the end of the paid period, then moves to the free Community plan.
What happens to our data if we downgrade?+
Nothing is deleted. Your timetable, members and published content stay; the Pro management tools (team roles, overrides, events, announcements, insights, branding) are simply locked until you re-subscribe.
How are payments processed?+
Through Paddle, our merchant of record. Paddle handles tax, compliance and card details so they never touch Tarjiha's servers.
