We want every masjid to be confident subscribing to Tarjiha Pro. If it isn't right for your community, here is exactly how refunds work.

14-day money-back guarantee

If this is your mosque's first Tarjiha Pro purchase, you can request a full refund within 14 days of the initial payment — no questions asked. This applies to both monthly and yearly plans.

Renewals

Renewal charges can be refunded if you contact us within 7 days of the renewal date and the renewed period has not been materially used. To avoid unwanted renewals, you can cancel anytime from the customer portal — Pro stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.

Plan changes

Switching between monthly and yearly billing is prorated automatically by our payment provider, so you never pay twice for the same period.

How to request a refund

Email billing@tarjiha.com from the email address used at checkout, with your mosque name. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

This policy does not limit any non-waivable rights you have under the consumer-protection laws of your country.
